John Carroll, A.C.I.S.: A Chartered Company Secretary by Profession, he qualified while employed over a period of ten years with K.P.M.G. where he was Head of the Investment Company Department, before leaving in 1980 to pursue private business opportunities. Mr. Carroll is currently a Director of Ormonde Mining Plc. a Public Company quoted on both the Irish and London Stock Exchanges. He is also a Director of several private companies including Firmount Ltd.(Since 1990), the Irish Subsidiary of British Land Plc., one of Britain’s foremost property companies which has a value of over STG £7.5 Billion

David Stokes: Mr. Stokes was the Managing Director and Co-founder of Sam Hire, Ireland’s leading Tool Hire Business (1979-1997) until he sold to Heitons Plc. He has held the positions of Peace Commissioner and Director of Dublin Port, both by appointment of the Irish Government. He currently holds Directorships in Various Companies with interests ranging from Healthcare to Leisure. He also has extensive property interests in Ireland, the UK and Spain.

Paul Carroll, F.C.C.A.: A Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants, Mr. Carroll was Managing Partner of OAS Accountants until he took up his position. Mr. Carroll holds several key Directorships and Advisory positions in Irish Companies and Associations. He has a wealth of experience in the Bulgaria property market since first becoming involved in the country in 2002.

Kriss Tachkov : Mr. Tachkov, a Bulgarian citizen has been resident in Ireland for the past 20 years. He has been involved in the Bulgarian property market since 1999 and has developed properties in various locations along the Black Sea coast.
