Post Offices

Post offices can be found throughout the country, in most villages, towns and tourist resorts. You can use some smaller post offices for buying stamps and sending mail within the country. International parcels need to be sent / collected from the Central post offices.

Mobile Operators

Bulgaria currently has two mobile operators - M-tel and Globul with a third operator, Vibatel, set to enter the market in the near future. The three operators offer full coverage across much of the country. Prices are among the highest within Eastern Europe, but call charges are expected to move downwards due to anticipated increased levels of competition among operators.
